Refrigerating it extends its shelf life by another 3 6 months. Ingredients: Coriander seeds, Jaggery, Turmeric, Tamarind, Red Chilli, Jeera, Hing, Lentils (Toor Dal), Salt, Dehydrated Tomato, Curry and Coriander leaves. Cooking Method: For 40g (3 Tbsp approx.) of this mix, add 400ml warm water and mix well. Close the container with a lid and bring it to boil. Boil for 10 minutes on low flame. For tempering, splutter one tspn mustard seeds in oil. Add to the Rasam and cover with a lid to seal in the aroma.
