In our featured shop this month, we’d like to introduce you to an amazing 23-year-old artist, Carlin Rebecca, and her altruistic creations from her dream project Coco Street. Carlin handcrafts quirky bohemian trinkets with raw materials from nature and loves to paint. Her store is a paradise of fun and unique handmade products ranging from cute wall hangings to colorful bookmarks to gorgeous pendants. Her collections are aesthetically designed and created, and she takes utmost care to give each order a personal touch. Her store and her products have that joyous vibe which puts a smile on your face instantly and will want you going back again and again to admire her creations. We just can’t get enough of her magical artwork that transports you to another world.

What inspires your creations?
My creations are inspired from my various life experiences, the people I meet, the things I watch, the music I listen to and ideas that baffle me. My aim is to make quirky, interesting bohemian products at a reasonable price.
When did you start your handcrafting journey?
Coco Street was incorporarted on a bright sunny morning of August 15th 2020. A very motivating day indeed.
Which of your product(s) or collections is closest to your heart and Why?
Closest to my heart would be my paintings. A lot goes into them. I do them with a lot of happiness.
What is your lazy people collection about? What inspired it?
The lazy people collection was inspired by the people of tomorrow.
What are your most selling items? What makes it so special?
I have a wide range of creations that includes paintings, posters, wall hangings, bookmarks and authentic tribal dream catchers. All my creations carry an interesting experience behind them. My best sellers are pendants and paintings because I invest a lot of time in them and there’s always a part of me in paintings.
How does it feel to have your own business?
It feels great and truly empowering. I'm independent and feel confident. I also get to discover a lot about myself and love what I do.
