How can I change my user settings?
From the Seller App, you can access User settings from the menu and can make edits to any field by clicking on the edit icon against each field. Remember to click the Update/Save button after making the changes.
How can I change my store settings?
From the Seller App, you can access Store settings from the menu and can make edits to any field by clicking on the edit icon against each field. Remember to click the Update/Save button after making the changes.
How can I sign out?
From the Seller App, click on menu and click on the Sign out button. You will not lose any information you entered for your store if you sign out. Once you sign back in, your store will still be available.
How can I sign in?
Once you launch the Seller App, login using the mobile # or email and enter the password you had setup during registration. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot password’ link to reset your password.
How can I reset my password?
On the App, on the Login page, click forgot password. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to you and you can proceed to set a new password.
