Adding Pictures:

Photos play a vital role in an online shopper’s decision to buy a product. Images represent your product’s perceived value and quality. They speak directly to your audience, making your product page and content relatable and bringing out an emotional response from the customer. Hence, you need to make sure you have images that show your product in the most flattering way possible.

You’ll need to download your product pictures on the phone, or directly shoot the pictures from your phone and upload to the Seller App. On the App, you can upload to 5 images per product, so make full use of this and fill all the space for the images to cover different angles, sizes, color variations and close up/context shots.

Product_Details
  1. Title: A title is very important for buyers to find what they are looking for. On an online marketplace, there can be thousands of sellers and millions of products so it’s essential you make it easy for buyers to find your specific product. Think about what keywords a buyer would search for to find your product. Use the words in the Title that best describes your product, with specific attributes such as color, materials or it’s uses.

You can have the Title up to 100 characters. Listing keywords in your title is great for search engines to display your products to target customers, so make the most of it!

Example 1:

Gorgeous Blue Pearl and Sterling Silver Dangler Earrings

Example 2:

Lightweight Sustainable Pure Organic Cotton Boho Tunic (Khaki)

  1. Description: The more you describe your product, the better your chances of your product being sold as soon it’s found. The product description must explain exactly what your product is about, how was it made and what makes it unique and any story behind your creation and inspiration. Use short descriptive sentences and include specific details such as the item’s dimensions, material or any customizations and personalization you offer.

We understand writing descriptions can be tedious and time consuming, hence we offer free services to write your description from our content writers. Email us at support@dufa.in with the subject as “Product Description services” & the following details:

This is essential so sellers can charge the correct GST to customers. Dufa is liable if you are not picking the right code. Please contact your accountant if you have any questions about the HSN code or write to us and we will route you to our accounting team to help you resolve any queries.
