Update and Delete Listings

This is a guide to help you update and delete your product listings on Dufa.
Update Listings:
To update your listing on Dufa, you need to open the Seller App and follow the steps below:
- Click on the menu on the top left corner
- Navigate to Product Listing and click on it
- You’ll see all the products that have been listed. Browse to the product you’d like to edit
- Click on the little pencil icon on the product as shown below:
- The product details sections will be shown to you:
- Navigate to the sections you’d like to update for the product.
- Ensure you click on Update at the bottom of each section.
- To unpublish a product, you need to turn the Publish switch to OFF and click Save.
Note: If you are updating the Processing time or Shipping option (Free/Charged) it will not apply for any pending orders received.
Delete Listings:
Before Deleting products, please understand that you cannot retrieve any information about the product after deleting it. If your product is out of stock or you are no longer making it, it’s a good practice to leave it in there with 0 QTY, just so that you’ll know if you are getting any traffic or interests from customers for this product. Alternately, you could just turn the ‘Publish’ on the Product to OFF so the product is no longer searchable.
If you’ve decided that you’d like to delete your listing on Dufa, you need to open the Seller App and follow the steps below:
- Click on the menu on the top left corner.
- Navigate to Product Listing and click on it.
- You’ll see all the products that have been listed. Browse to the product you’d like to delete.
- Click on the little bin icon on the product as shown below:
- You’ll be asked to give a confirmation to delete the listing.
- Click on Yes to continue.
- The Product will be deleted from your listing page as well as from your store and search pages on the website.
Note: Deleting products does not apply for any pending orders received. That means you need to process the orders you received for this product before you deleted it.
