Scheduling shipping pickup

This is a guide to help you schedule pickup of packages from your warehouse/ home for shipping.

You must schedule a pickup only when you are product is ready to be packed and labelled. Remember you can bunch up a couple of orders so long as you are not crossing the processing times mentioned on your products.

Schedule pickup:

Click on schedule pickup
Click on New Request
Set the Date and Time for pickup
Note that you cannot do a same day pickup post noon.
Select how many packages you need pickup for and click Submit.
Ensure you are available at the warehouse at the scheduled date and time
If you have more than 1 order for pickup, you can club them together and schedule just a single pickup time so long as you are not delaying the shipment promised to the customer. But make sure you affix the correct labels for the orders.
