This is a guide to help you understand how you are paid after an order is completed
Payments once order is completed:
- Payments for completed transactions are credited to your account in 30 days from when the transaction was completed /delivered.
- A 30-day period is given to take into consideration if you offer returns to your customers.
- Some sellers offer a 45-day return. These sellers will get paid within the 30 days and any adjustments will be made in the next cycle.
Discrepancy in Shipping weight and Fees:
- In case the actual weight of your package is higher than the estimated weight added to your product page, it may result in shipping fee discrepancies.
- Whether you offer free or charged shipping, the discrepancies will be borne by you and will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
Returns:
- If you accept returns, it means you will also bear the return transaction fee and return shipping cost along with the onward transaction fee.
- If you offer Free shipping, then you are still billed for the shipping fee
- Since the billing is done in 30 days, the customer will be refunded immediately, and you will be charged which will be adjusted in next payment cycle.
