by Dufa Staff | 07 September 2020

This is a guide to help you understand how you are paid after an order is completed

Payments once order is completed:

  1. Payments for completed transactions are credited to your account in 30 days from when the transaction was completed /delivered.
  2. A 30-day period is given to take into consideration if you offer returns to your customers.
  3. Some sellers offer a 45-day return. These sellers will get paid within the 30 days and any adjustments will be made in the next cycle.

Discrepancy in Shipping weight and Fees:

  1. In case the actual weight of your package is higher than the estimated weight added to your product page, it may result in shipping fee discrepancies.
  2. Whether you offer free or charged shipping, the discrepancies will be borne by you and will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.

Returns:

  1. If you accept returns, it means you will also bear the return transaction fee and return shipping cost along with the onward transaction fee.
  2. If you offer Free shipping, then you are still billed for the shipping fee
  3. Since the billing is done in 30 days, the customer will be refunded immediately, and you will be charged which will be adjusted in next payment cycle.

  1. In case of delays in payment, please contact Dufa at support@dufa.in within 15 days of the billing cycle due date.
