Forgot or Reset password

This is a detailed guide to help you reset your password if you’d like to change it or if you have forgotten it.
Forgot Password:
Follow the steps below if you have forgotten your password:
- Open the Seller App, Sell on Dufa
- You will be presented with the Sign in page
- Click on Forgot password

- You will be asked to enter the registered mobile number

- Enter the mobile number and click on generate OTP
- Enter the OTP received. Click Resend if you haven’t received your OTP
- You will be presented with the RESET Password screen

- Enter the new password that you’d like to set.
- Ensure the password is:
- A minimum of 8 characters long
- Has at least 1 capital letter
- Has at least 1 special number
- Has at least 1 special character
Example: Dufa@1234
- Click on Submit
- Now you can login with your new password
Change Password:
Follow the steps below if you’d like to change your password on file:
- Open the Seller App, Sell on Dufa. Sign in with your registered email or mobile number and current password if you are not already logged in.
- Click on the menu, left top corner.
- Click on User settings.

- Scroll down and click on the edit icon (pencil icon) next to the Password field.

- Enter the new password that you’d like to set
- Ensure the password is:
- A minimum of 8 characters long
- Has at least 1 capital letter
- Has at least 1 special number
- Has at least 1 special character
Example: Dufa@1234
- Enter the same password again in Confirm Password
- Click on the Update button
- Log off by clicking on menu in the top left corner and scroll down to Log off
- Now log back in with your new password
