Updating your shop profile

This is a detailed guide to help you update your Shop profile.
If you’d like to change or update your Shop profile information, follow the steps below:
- Open the Sell on Dufa app on your phone,
- If you are already logged in, click on the menu. Else first login and then click on the menu.
- Select Store Settings.
- Store Logo and Banner: To update your logo or store banner, click on the + icon as shown below and select your picture from the Gallery.
- Publish Store: Turn the switch on/off if you’d like to publish or unpublish your store.
- Other text fields: To edit any field, click on the edit icon as shown so you can update any information such as Store Name, Description, Warehouse number, Address.
- Art Origin: To update the art origin, click on the arrow and update the location.
- GST: If you are updating your GST#, a verification will occur once you update the information.
- Return Policy & Terms: You can change the return policy by selecting the appropriate number of days from the dropdown. The terms can updated by clicking on the edit icon. If you are updating your return policy, please note that the updated policy will only apply to new order post this change. Any orders still under process will use the older policy.
- Once you are done editing your information, click on Update.
