Closing your account with Dufa

We’d hate to let you go but we respect your decision and are here to help you if chosen to close your account with us.

This is guide will help you close your account with Dufa.

• To close your account, you need to make sure all your orders are completed.
• If you have no pending orders, you must first unpublish your store, so no more orders are received.
• Please note by closing your account, your products and shop details will be hidden from users. However, your past order history is not deleted from our data as it disrupts the sales information and numbers.  You will not receive any notifications or promotional seller information going forward.
• Email Dufa at support@dufa.in with the following information:
  • Your name:
  • Store name:
  • Confirmation that there are no pending orders:
  • Any pending billing from Dufa:
  • Reason for closing your account:
  • What can Dufa do better?
• If there is any order that is being returned by a customer within this time frame, make not that Dufa will have to make the adjustments accordingly.
• Dufa will get back to you with the pending arrears and help you close the account.
