How to search and buy products on Dufa

How to search for products:

Search by Category/Subcategory: You can search for products by category or subcategory by clicking on the relevant categories on the main menu and clicking on subcategories within it. This will give you the list of all products under the category and subcategories. From here you can filter for relevant results.

Search by Keywords: To search for products, you can use the Search bar to enter your keywords, example: boho coffee table. While typing, you will receive options to check which category to look under, you can either choose from that or simply press the search button to get the results based on your entered keywords. All products matching the keywords will be displayed to you based on relevancy.

Filtering search results: The search results can be filtered by options on the left side panel by:

• Delivery setting (Free shipping or Charged shipping)
• Processing time (time taken to create the product and make it ready to ship)
• Occasions (Festivals, Important Days)
• Shop Location (A particular city)
• Primary Color /Size

Viewing product on the Product Page: Once you have the search results, click on the product you’d like to view. The product page will show you the images of the product in different angles and views and variations. At the bottom of the images, you can see the Description, Additional Details, Shipping Details, Return Policies and Reviews for the product by clicking on the individual tabs.

How to search for shops:

If you know the name of the stop you’d like to buy from, you can directly click on the search bar on the home page and type the name of the shop. You will get the results while typing and you can pick the shop name.

How to buy a product:

Once you know what you’d like to buy, you can follow the steps below to buy your product.

• Click on Add to cart or Buy now buttons from the Product page. Add to cart, will only add your item to the cart and you can continue browsing items whereas Buy now will directly take you to the Checkout page.

• If you had chosen Add to cart, you need to click on the Cart icon on the top right corner of the page.

• You will be presented your cart with the items you selected to buy.
• Check the Quantity and Color of the item you have in your cart to ensure you have the right item.
• You can add a personalized message in the ‘Personalize Message’ box. This box is shown only if the seller accepts customization.
• If the order is a gift, you can select the ‘This is a gift’ checkbox
• If you have any additional notes for the seller, you can mention that in the ‘Additional note to seller’ box.
• Before you proceed to checkout, you need to calculate the estimated shipping cost based on your pin code.
• Enter your pin code to see the estimated shipping cost. IF the seller offers Free shipping, the cost will be Rs. 0.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
• If you were not already signed in, you will be asked to Sign in. You can enter your number to proceed or Continue as Guest.
