SAZO'S CHUKKH LAL MIRCH or RED CHILLI CHUKKH is a local delicacy from the Chamba valley in Himachal. Prepared from sun dried red chilies of Chamba, this chukkh ( a kind of fiery pickle/chutney) is not for the faint hearted! Ingredients Red Chillies, mustard oil, fenugreek seeds, fennel, carom, asafoetida, Himalayan rock salt and lemon juice. Flavour Hot and Spicy.
